We are dedicated to delivering engineered reliability, ensuring that every copper connection and filtration system guarantees performance stability and longevity for global refrigeration systems.

Step inside our smart workshops in Ningbo, China. Discover how our high-precision copper connections, filter driers, and condensers are processed through strict, automated steps. From high-purity raw copper pipes to CNC machining, automated brazing, and helium mass spectrometer leak detection, we prioritize precision at every stage.
With the establishment of our dedicated brand entity "Taojun" in 2012, we expanded our product sales network to cover Europe, North & South America, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Africa, delivering direct-to-factory wholesale services to international buyers.
Specializing in refrigeration components for 38 years, our manufacturing systems are optimized to produce filters, valves, and tubing assemblies that keep HVAC systems working reliably.
Designed to protect refrigeration loops by removing moisture, neutralizing acids, and capturing physical contaminants. Standard and custom-welded 10g, 15g, and 20g units with high-purity shells are available for domestic and commercial appliances.
Provides reliable service ports for pressure testing, system charging, and unidirectional flow control. Machined to fine tolerances, preventing refrigerant leak paths at threaded connection interfaces.
Coiled and straight copper piping and Bundy tubes designed for evaporator coils, condensers, and connection lines. Excellent thermal conductivity and corrosion resistance support high structural integrity under pressure.
We combine research partnerships, imported production equipment, and strict quality control protocols to ensure every batch of copper components meets exact client specifications.
Our core manufacturing lines use precision machinery imported from Germany to guarantee stable mechanical forming, end bending, and consistent wall thickness on our copper components.
Our technical center employs 15 dedicated research engineers, including PhDs and professors from the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC), driving thermal innovation.
We design and manufacture custom-shaped copper connections, variable inlet sizes, and custom filter volumes, supporting fast prototyping and seamless production scaling.
We use high-purity deoxidized copper (C12200). Our specialized smart film applications utilize raw materials imported from Japan and Europe, designed to withstand continuous operating temperatures from 70°C up to 90°C.
We conduct high & low temperature testing (75°C to -35°C for 500 hours), thermal shock testing (10°C to 90°C), and 100V high-voltage breakdown verification to guarantee zero-defect performance in the field.
To prevent refrigerant emissions, 100% of our active valve components and filter drier shells undergo pressurized leak testing, ensuring containment integrity before shipment.
Refrigeration loops are sensitive to moisture and chemical impurities. The presence of water can lead to ice formation in capillary tubes and trigger the hydrolysis of synthetic lubricants, creating corrosive acids that can damage compressor motor windings.
By trapping contaminants and removing water down to low ppm levels, Taojun copper filter driers maintain system capacity, lower pressure drop across components, and prevent critical compressor failures.

Established as Xiangshan Refrigeration Accessories Factory under the technical guidance of Zhejiang University, setting up our initial production capabilities for domestic refrigerator parts.
Constructed our first dedicated manufacturing plant in Xiangshan. This expansion increased our production capacity for copper connections, condensers, and custom check valves.
Deployed our MES (Manufacturing Execution System) to monitor material flow and trace processing steps from raw copper coils to finished assemblies.
Upgraded our production lines with robotic handling, online vision inspections, and automated helium testing systems, supporting high-volume global delivery schedules.
A global brand is sustained by its underlying corporate culture. We focus on integrating our core values into our daily manufacturing workflows, driving steady improvements in product quality and customer service.
We operate with open management systems and trace our raw materials, building long-term trust with our supply chain partners.
We constantly adapt our manufacturing processes, equipment, and designs to meet new technological demands in the market.
Our strict QC standards reflect our commitment to preventing component failures in our clients' refrigeration loops.
We collaborate with international clients to customize components, working together to develop efficient HVAC solutions.
Our copper connections, filter assemblies, and charging valves are designed to perform reliably across a range of refrigeration and HVAC environments.
Integrated into domestic refrigerators, chest freezers, and home air conditioners to keep systems sealed and moisture-free.
Used in supermarket display cases, walk-in cold rooms, and transport cooling units that run under continuous high pressures.
Heavy-duty copper manifolds and filter-drier assemblies designed to handle higher flow rates and industrial refrigerants.
Compact, vibration-resistant copper connections and receiver-driers built to withstand automotive operating conditions.

As the global HVAC/R industry shifts toward natural refrigerants and lower GWP (Global Warming Potential) standards, component design requirements are changing rapidly. Taojun is actively updating its product technologies to align with these trends.
We design connections and dry filters optimized for natural refrigerants like R290 (propane) and R600a (isobutane), using sealed structures that prevent static hazards and leakage.
Our engineering team is testing thicker copper-iron alloy pipes (such as CuFe2P) to handle the higher operating pressures (over 120 bar) required by transcritical R744 (CO2) systems.
We are expanding our production of lead-free brass fittings and highly recyclable copper formulations, helping our clients meet international RoHS and REACH sustainability standards.
Operating from Ningbo's advanced manufacturing zone allows Taojun to maintain direct supply lines for high-purity copper and related materials. This strategic location helps us provide stable lead times and competitive pricing for international clients.
Our manufacturing facility features MES-linked workstation controls, automated material tracking, and online testing systems that check each component during production. This digital integration reduces manual errors, maintains high production yields, and supports container-load shipments to major international ports.
We back our manufacturing processes with structured pre-sales and after-sales support systems, providing technical documentation and quality assurance for each order.
Our sales engineers assist with material compatibility checks, sizing calculations, and custom drawings. We respond to inquiries within 8 hours, and offer technical hotlines for direct support.
Every production lot undergoes dimension validation, pressure tests, and dew-point verification (ensuring dry internal molecular sieves) to keep components free from moisture contamination.
We provide a 1-year product warranty and offer long-term technical support. Our team gathers field feedback to continually improve and optimize component performance.
Ningbo Taojun Refrigeration operates under standard quality management systems certified by CNCA and international partners, maintaining traceable standards for filter driers, condensers, and valves.

Detailed Scope of Certification

Find answers to common engineering, procurement, and specification questions regarding copper connections and refrigeration drier assemblies.
We manufacture our components using C12200 Phosphorus-Deoxidized Copper (minimum 99.9% Cu, 0.015% to 0.040% Phosphorus). This grade offers excellent brazing characteristics, high thermal conductivity, and resistance to hydrogen embrittlement under high thermal stress.
For standard HFC, HCFC, and HFO systems (including R134a, R410A, and R32), we use 3Å (Angstrom) molecular sieves. The 3Å pore size selectively adsorbs water molecules (approx 2.8Å) while excluding larger refrigerant and oil molecules, preventing chemical breakdown of the refrigerant loop.
Our filter driers and connection valves undergo pressure testing with dry nitrogen. Components intended for high-pressure R410A or R32 systems are tested to a proof pressure of 4.2 to 4.5 MPa. Our helium mass spectrometer leak testing checks for leakage down to less than 1x10^-7 mbar.l/s.
Yes. Through our ODM services, we manufacture custom tube diameters, spin-closed end dimensions, capillary integrations, and custom-bent elbows. We work from customer CAD files to ensure compatibility with automatic brazing setups.
Our processes follow ISO 9001:2015 guidelines, and our raw material batches are fully documented. We verify our metal sheets and tubes through chemical tests, ensuring compliance with RoHS and REACH requirements for clean, lead-free systems.
