An access valve allows technicians to safely discharge, charge, and measure the system pressure. It prevents high-temperature and high-pressure vapor in the compressor from flowing back into the evaporator, maintaining high cooling efficiency.
These valves are designed to work seamlessly with HCFC and HFC refrigerants, making them suitable for most modern refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
The valves support a Maximum Operating Pressure and Maximum Allowable Pressure of up to 3.0MPa, ensuring safe use in high-pressure setups.
Double sealing provides an additional layer of protection against gas leaks, keeping the refrigeration system secure, reducing refrigerant loss, and protecting the environment.
We support both flat caps and knurled needle valve caps. Knurled designs are particularly helpful as they allow technicians to open or tighten them easily by hand without slipping.
These access valves are engineered to operate reliably in a medium temperature range from -25°C up to +120°C.
