Founded in 1988, Ningbo Taojun Refrigeration Equipment Co., Ltd. began as the Xiangshan Refrigeration Accessories Factory of Zhejiang University. Today, located in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province, we are a national high-tech enterprise with over 35 years of engineering experience. We design, manufacture, and distribute critical components for refrigeration systems globally.

In modern vapor-compression refrigeration, the copper filter drier serves as a critical defense line against system contamination. As refrigerants transition to eco-friendly options like R290 (Propane), R600a (Isobutane), and HFO mixtures, keeping systems clean and dry is more important than ever.
Trace moisture in a refrigeration cycle can freeze at the expansion valve, blocking the refrigerant flow. Additionally, moisture reacts with synthetic polyolester (POE) and polyalkylene glycol (PAG) lubricants to form organic acids. These acids degrade the motor windings in hermetic compressors, leading to motor burnouts.
Taojun's copper filter driers resolve these issues. Using high-purity 3A molecular sieves, they selectively capture water molecules while leaving refrigerant flows unaffected. This protects the system from moisture damage and helps maintain long-term cooling efficiency.
