Every copper filter on dryer shell is extruded using high-purity copper piping. This material offers superior corrosion resistance, eliminates porosity, and can easily withstand high peak system pressures (exceeding 60 bar in CO₂ transcritical cycles). Standard designs feature automated argon arc and induction welding, ensuring zero leaks under harsh vibration stresses.
Our internal matrix features specialized 3A Molecular Sieves combined with a structured activated alumina/carbon layer. With a pore diameter of approximately 3 Angstroms, our desiccant selectively absorbs water molecules without co-adsorbing the refrigerant itself. Each unit features a progressive mesh sieve grid at the outlet, filtering down to 25 microns.
