A roll bonded evaporator consists of two aluminum sheets bonded together under extreme pressure. Before bonding, a specific fluid flow pattern is printed onto one sheet using a screen-printing process with a graphite-based anti-bonding ink.
Once printed, the sheets are aligned, heated, and passed through high-capacity rolling mills. The intense mechanical force bonds the clean aluminum contact surfaces permanently, while the printed ink areas remain unbonded. Afterward, high-pressure air is injected into the unbonded pathways, inflating them to create high-precision internal fluid channels.
This manufacturing method achieves a monolithic metal structure with zero thermal contact resistance. Unlike traditional copper-tube-on-sheet designs, the heat must only travel through the thin, highly conductive aluminum walls, ensuring unmatched heat transfer rates.

They capture moisture and neutralize organic acids before they can enter the roll-bonded evaporator channels, preventing formicary corrosion and internal blockages.
Every filter drier shell is manufactured from high-purity copper and sealed with high-efficiency argon arc welding. For industrial setups, this ensures the circuit remains moisture-free for its design life of 10+ years.
