Operating refrigeration systems in Oman presents unique environmental challenges. Ambient summer temperatures regularly exceed 50°C, and coastal facilities face high levels of humidity and airborne salinity. Under these extreme conditions, standard capillary tubes and refrigeration pipes can quickly succumb to corrosion, structural failure, and leaks. This results in costly operational downtime.
To meet these challenges, Taojun Refrigeration supplies high-purity copper capillary tubes featuring customized wall thicknesses and anti-corrosive properties. These components are specifically engineered to withstand harsh local climates, ensuring consistent refrigerant flow control and long-term durability for residential, commercial, and industrial HVAC/R units across Oman.
Founded in 1988, Ningbo Taojun Refrigeration Equipment Co., Ltd. originated from the Xiangshan Refrigeration Accessories Factory of Zhejiang University. Over the past 30 years, we have grown into a comprehensive, high-tech enterprise specializing in the R&D, design, manufacturing, and distribution of refrigeration components, including copper capillary tubes, filter driers, stop valves, and condensers.
In 2021, Taojun was recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise in China. Our state-of-the-art facilities utilize imported German production machinery and are managed by an advanced MES digital production control system. This setup enables us to maintain tight tolerances and zero-defect quality standards on all production batches. Today, our products support major international appliance brands like Haier, Midea, Whirlpool, and Electrolux, and are widely exported to regional hubs in the Middle East, South America, and Europe.

Our core production machinery is imported directly from Germany, ensuring precise extrusion, cutting, and deburring of copper capillary tubes down to a tolerance of ±0.02mm.
Supported by engineers and researchers from the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC), we focus on developing innovative refrigerant flow pathways and thermodynamic improvements.
We test our raw materials and finished products extensively. Our quality control protocol includes high/low temperature cycles (-35°C to 75°C), thermal shock tests, and helium leak testing to ensure absolute reliability.

As the GCC region updates its environmental regulations to phase out high-GWP hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs), local industries are increasingly adopting eco-friendly alternatives like R290 (propane), R32, and CO2 (R744). These refrigerants operate under higher pressure dynamics and require specialized flow parameters.
To address this transition, Taojun has updated its capillary extrusion process. Our updated tubes feature smooth inner walls to reduce turbulence, minimize pressure drop, and prevent oil return issues in high-pressure refrigeration systems. This makes them ideal for modern HVAC retrofits and new sustainable cold storage builds in Oman.
Refrigeration facilities operating in coastal areas, such as the Port of Sohar and Salalah, are exposed to highly corrosive marine air. Standard copper tubes can experience pitting corrosion when exposed to airborne chlorides and high humidity.
To improve durability, we manufacture our copper capillary tubes from high-purity, deoxidized phosphorus copper (C12200). This alloy provides excellent thermal conductivity along with strong resistance to environmental corrosion. Additionally, we offer custom polymer jackets and anti-corrosion outer coatings for systems installed in coastal zones, providing long-term reliability.
Designed for agricultural and seafood storage hubs, our large-capacity copper capillary assemblies are built to manage constant refrigerant expansion, helping to maintain strict temperature controls.
