Ningbo Taojun Refrigeration Equipment Co., Ltd. is located in Xiangshan, Ningbo, a premier coastal manufacturing hub. Founded in 1988, our predecessor was the Xiangshan Refrigeration Accessories Factory of Zhejiang University. Premium materials selected for low environmental impact and high operating pressures
Every drier strainer engineered at Taojun is fabricated using high-purity TP2 copper (minimum 99.9% copper content). TP2 copper guarantees optimal ductility and superior corrosion resistance under continuous vibration and variable heat loads. Our joints and shells undergo high-temperature automatic brazing using precision alloys to achieve zero-leakage joints rated for pressures exceeding 4.2 MPa (R410a, R32 system compatible).
Inside the drier shell, our desiccant core is optimized for the target chemical refrigerant. We utilize 3A molecular sieve beads, featuring custom pore sizes that selectively absorb water molecules while excluding refrigerant molecules, preventing catalyst decomposition.

Every component class undergoes extreme environment thermal cycle validation between -35°C and +75°C for 500 hours, followed by thermal shock trials from 10°C to 90°C to prove seam stability.
Drier housings and internal molecular sieves are processed inside high-efficiency drying ovens to drive out atmospheric humidity before hermetic seal packaging. This prevents desiccant saturation before installation.
Our automated line integrates helium mass spectrometer leak detectors. We pressurize casings up to test threshold values to eliminate manufacturing faults and micro-porosity at critical braze points.
