We construct our service valves utilizing HPb59-1 forged brass alloy (or C3771 equivalent) for the main body. The connection tubes are extruded from TP2 copper (99.9% purity), ensuring excellent brazing properties. To prevent galvanic corrosion at the copper-brass junction under humid conditions, we apply an advanced post-machining passivation layer. This creates a uniform oxide film, preventing galvanic cells from forming in high-humidity or coastal environments.
R32 operates at pressures roughly 1.6 times higher than R22, while R290 (propane) requires strict spark-free, leak-tight sealing due to its flammability. We have optimized our stem sealing geometry by incorporating a dual-ring layout. The primary seal is a compression-molded HNBR O-ring designed to resist synthetic oils (POE/PAG). The secondary barrier is a PTFE gasket, offering low friction and high temperature resistance. This dual barrier ensures sealing integrity up to 6.0 MPa, keeping leak rates below 1x10⁻⁷ mbar·l/s.
For copper-to-copper brazing, we recommend using a silver-copper brazing alloy (such as 5% to 15% silver brazing rods) and purging the valve body interior with nitrogen to prevent internal oxidation. To protect the inner elastomer seals from heat degradation, wrap the valve body with a wet cloth, keeping temperatures below 120°C. For port bonnet installation, standard torque limits are: 1/4-inch port (14-18 N·m) and 5/8-inch port (50-60 N·m).

Our copper filter driers use high-purity copper shells packed with a blend of 3A molecular sieves and activated alumina cores. The 3A molecular sieve selectively traps water molecules while leaving refrigerant molecules unaffected, achieving a moisture absorption capacity of ≥20% of its dry weight. The activated alumina core neutralizes organic acids generated by oil degradation, protecting the compressor motor winding from corrosion.
